Important plan notice:

A paid Slack plan is required to access the AI agent in the Slack app container.

If your workspace is on Slack’s free plan, the app-container AI agent is unavailable; however, users can still interact with Jicoo AI in supported Slack surfaces (for example, channels), and other supported features continue to work.

When linked with Slack, it is possible to be notified by Slack of schedule approval, schedule changes, and reminders on the schedule adjustment page.

*A Slack account is required for integration.

*Slack notifications are sent using the Slack integration of the member who is assigned to the booking. Every member who could be assigned to a booking should connect Slack. If a booking is assigned to a member who has not connected Slack, neither the individual notification nor the channel notification is sent.

*When notifying a specific channel, the channel must belong to the Slack workspace you have connected.

‍How to link your Jicoo account with Slack

After logging in to Jicoo, access the application linkage.

In the App integration section, select Slack and click "Integrate".

The Slack integration page will appear,

Click on "Install Jicoo" to link.

Once you have set up the integration, you will be notified by Slack when an appointment is approved or changed on the "Schedule Adjustment" page. Notifications will also be sent to appointments created in Jicoo's internal calendar. (Invited members other than the creator will be notified.)
