Bookings accepted for multiple uses

We would like to accept bookings separately for the in-person and online sessions.
If you wish to accept multiple types of bookings for the same time slot, you must create multiple booking pages and assign different team members as hosts for each.
example)
For the in-person event booking page A, set the host to Suzuki Ken.
For the online event booking page B, set the host to Lisa H.
*To prevent double booking, Jicoo cannot accept multiple Bookings from multiple booking pages under one account.
Assumed usage scenarios
Possible scenarios include the following examples
Booking for online and in-person appointments at the same time.
New customers and existing customers have different number of Booking slots at the same time.
ex ) I want to accept separate bookings for in-person and online seminars with the same content.
We'll explain how to create separate booking pages for in-person and online sessions when hosting seminars like the following.

Process for Creating the Live Event Booking Page (Booking Page A)
You can create a booking page for an in-person event by following the steps below.
Select “Add Booking Page” on the dashboard.
You can also access the dashboard from here.
Select “Event Type”.
Enter “Live Event” in the title field. Also, enter the event location in the location field and click “Save”.
Set the “Accept conditions” and “Availability,” then click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
On the booking page edit page, open the “Member & Resources” tab, set the available capacity to “50,” and click Submit. This completes the setup for the live event booking page.
Process for Creating the Online Event Booking Page (Booking Page B)
You can create an online event booking page by following the steps below.
Copy the booking page for the “in-person event” (Booking Page A) created earlier.
Click the ellipsis in the image and select “Duplicate”
Click the copied booking page.
Change the title to “Online Event” in the basic settings.
Also, delete the “In-Person” location, click “Add Web Meeting,” add Zoom as the location, and save.
Open the “Members & Resources” tab and click the member selection field.
Select “Lisa.h” and change the permissions to “Owner.” Also, remove “Ken Suzuki,” the host of the in-person event, from the members list.
Set the available capacity to “100,” and click Submit. This completes the setup for the online event booking page.

To invite members to a team as a regular user, you must have team owner or administrator privileges. For more details, please see the help page below.
Other
When you create an appointment page and add a date and time to the Availability template, the message "There are no available times to select" may appear.
If this happens, please use debug mode.
If the message "There are available appointments" appears, it is because you have created multiple Booking pages for the same time period under one account.
