That's why we've made it even easier for you to book a referred Pro directly on their Pro page. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to book a referred Pro on Jiffy.

The first step is to find the Pro's page that was referred to you. Your friend or family member can share the link to their Pro's page with you. Once you have the link, simply click on it to be taken to the Pro's page.

On the Pro's page, you will see a blue button that says "Start Booking on Jiffy". This button can be found right below the Pro's photo. Click on this button to begin the booking process.

After clicking the button, our platform will prompt you to answer a few questions to give the Pro a bit more information on the work you are interested in having completed. This will help the Pro understand your needs and provide an accurate quote. If you have any photos related to the task, you can also upload them at this time. This will be helpful for the Pro to better understand the scope of the work.

Once you have answered all the questions and uploaded any relevant photos, click on the "Submit Request" button. Your request will then be sent to the Pro for review.

After submitting your request, the Pro will have 24 hours to accept it. If they do not accept within 24 hours, we will then send the request out to all of our other Pros in the same category to ensure you are connected with a professional as soon as possible.
