Why we only accept credit card, and not cash, cheques or e-transfers.

We require a credit card or Visa debit on file before booking, mainly for ease of invoicing and payment after the job is complete. Your card is then securely stored on file for future jobs.

Keep in mind your card is not billed until after the service is finished - and is always protected by our Home Protection Plan.

If you cancel your request before your Pro is en route, there is no fee.
