You can sign into your Jiffy account on the web (here) or on our mobile app using your email and password.
Once logged in:
Select a service from the list of categories
Choose between the 'Regular Rate' (light blue) or 'Jiffy+' (dark blue) booking option. If you select Jiffy+ you are choosing to sign up as a Jiffy+ Member. You will be charged $10/month for $25 off every job booked.
Specify the job details, upload a photo or two (optional), address, and ideal time for the service
Once confirmed, you'll receive confirmation of who's coming and when!
