Once you submit a request for a Free Quote, it'll be sent to all of our Pros in that category, and 1-3 Pros will have the opportunity to claim the job to quote.
They may send you a ballpark estimate in the chat, simply based on your Job description. Once you have spoken to the Pro (or Pros), the job will be quoted.
If you decide not to go ahead with the job, you can simply cancel your request.
Ideally, you will receive 3 quotes for your request. After reviewing them, you will have the chance to click 'Accept' to approve the quote and Pro you wish to proceed with.
