If you need to cancel your job and a pro has accepted it:

 Click on the job request --> scroll down (bottom of the page) --> Click 'Cancel Job' --> Enter reason for cancelling --> 'OK'

Note: If your ETA is quickly approaching, it is best to also send your pro a quick message in the app to advise their services are no longer needed.
