We pride ourselves on excellent and timely service! Once your job is accepted, it is always best to message your pro directly in the app to confirm the ETA and the job details. 

In the rare case your pro doesn't show up within the ETA, it is best to check your messages to see if they advised they're running late. Either way, it is best to send them a quick message to see what happened. 

If you do not hear from your pro, please message Jiffy to let us know. We will then work on finding out what happened.  In this case, we can re-send your request back out ASAP to find a replacement or reschedule with your current pro.
