App: If your notifications for the app are turned on, you will get a notification to let you know the job is complete and billed. It will prompt you to review.

To rate:  Click Jobs (bottom menu) --> Completed Jobs (drop down) --> Click on the job you want to rate --> Choose a Thumbs up or down and add a comment.

Website:

Log in --> Under 'My Jobs' --> Click on the job you want to rate --> Under 'Leave a review' --> Choose a Thumbs up or down and add a comment.

Note: you can always edit your rating at any time.
