When creating an account, you will be prompted to add your credit card before you can request a job and send it out to our pros. Your card will not be charged until the job is complete.

The card on file will be charged by your pro through Jiffy once the job is complete. The Pro will enter the hours/costs based on the pre-set rate or agreed quote and charge your card.

The invoice will then be sent out via email and updated on your profile - you are provided 24 hours to review your bill before it will automatically be processed to the credit card on your account.
