Here are some common billing questions:

Need to view, print or create a PDF of your invoice?
App (view only): Click Jobs (bottom menu) --> Completed Jobs (drop down) --> Click on the job you want to review --> Done!

Website (view, print or create PDF): Log in --> Under 'My Jobs' --> Click on the job you want to review --> Click 'View Receipt' (top middle, under job summary) --> In your browser choose to 'Print' --> Print or Save to PDF --> Done

Missing a Facebook Share Credit?
Instructions are mentioned in the Job Requested email but we know it sometimes gets missed! Because we can not see private posts, we need you to email us at info@jiffyondemand.com with a screenshot to let us know you’ve shared!

Missing a Jiffy+ Credit?

You should see the $25 credit on the invoice line "Jiffy+ credit". However, sometimes you will see this on where it reads "Account Credit". Let Help Desk know if you still do not see it and we can make sure you receive it!

Overcharged?
We'll get this taken care of ASAP! First, make sure to review the rates and minimums for your job category. Each job is billed by its rates and minimums, and minimums are charged even if a job takes up less than the minimum amount.

Your Pro completes the invoice through the Jiffy App - If you have a question about the charges for time or materials/parts, it is best to message your Pro with any questions. If you click on the completed job, you should see a message icon (top right) --> click this to open a chat.If it still looks off,  please send our Help Desk an email at info@jiffyondemand.com and we will get to the bottom of it :)
