Our bi-Weekly Lawn Maintenance is from May to September. This includes grass cutting, trimming (up to 6'), light debris clean up, garden weeding, cultivating & edging, bagging, and leaving for city pickup (in Canada) or disposed of (in the US).
The monthly price of $150/month is based on a 5-month minimum, 30'x130' lot or smaller (in Canada) or 5,000sqf lot or smaller (in the US), with less than 25% being gardens.
Additional services, spring and fall cleanups, and properties outside of these parameters will be quoted an additional amount directly by your Pro. There's of course no charge if you decide not to go ahead with it after the initial consultation with your Pro.

How it works:
Submit your request under Seasonal Lawn Maintenance. Include the details of what you'd like done each visit and note any time constraints you have.
You will receive a notification once your Pro accepts your request. They will reach out to you directly to review the details of the job and advise if there are any additional costs above the minimum, based on the size of your property or extra requests.
Once reviewed, you will agree on a start date in May and the same Pro will be back bi-weekly to complete the service!
Billing (5-month contract):
5 requests will be opened by your Pro as the job will be billed monthly
You will be billed for the first of each month (May 1, June 1, July 1, Aug 1 & Sept 1)
Your Pro will be able to answer any questions along the way!
