Since the Pros aren’t employees of Jiffy (they are owner-operators of their own company) we aren’t able to mandate vaccinations. However, you can always indicate you need a vaccinated pro in your job request.
We've instructed Jiffy Pros continue to take the following measures:
For outdoor jobs:
Assure homeowners they do not need to be present during work
Communicate over app messenger (or phone if need be) rather than in-person
Avoid touching non-essential surfaces on clients' property (railings, etc.)
For indoor jobs:
Wash hands before and after each job
Sanitize equipment before and after each job
Communicate over app messenger (or phone if need be via call button) rather than in person
Avoid touching non-essential surfaces on clients' property (door handles, etc.)
If you book a job and choose to cancel or reschedule before the pro is en route to the job, there is no fee or penalty.
