A credit card or Visa debit is required before you request a job with a pre-set rate. This is for ease of invoicing and payment. Your card is securely stored on file and will not be billed for the service until the job is complete - and is always protected by our Home Protection Plan.

If you make any additional purchases such as a Jiffy+ membership or an offer for discounted Jiffy credits, your card will be charged for those add-ons at the time of creating the job.

If you are requesting a free quote, a credit card is optional while booking and not required until you’ve accepted a quote from your Pro. At that point, you will be asked to provide credit card or Visa debit details.
