Instructions on how to Cancel your Jiffy+ Spending Account

We understand if you would like to cancel your Jiffy+ Spending Account. While we love for you to stick around, you can follow the steps below for cancelling your membership.

Before starting, learn more about our Jiffy+ Spending Account cancellation policy

  1. From the profile screen of your Jiffy app, tap on the Jiffy+ Spending Account item
    ​

  2. At the bottom of your account details overview, you will find a Cancel Spending Account link. Tapping on this will start the cancellation process.

  3. Depending on your usage, you will be required to pay back any amounts you've used. Please see our Jiffy+ Spending Account cancellation policy for more details.

    This example shows an outstanding balance of $216 that must be paid before cancelling the Jiffy+ Spending Account membership

  4. Any outstanding amounts will be billed to the payment card on file
    ​
    ​

    The image below shows a payment summary of the remaining amounts used up that will be charged before the Jiffy+ Spending Account can be cancelled.

  5. Upon clicking Complete Cancellation, your Jiffy+ Spending Account will be cancelled
    ​
    ​
