The Jigcar driver app is how drivers view jobs, navigate to locations, and confirm pickups and deliveries. It's a mobile app accessed through your phone's browser.
Step 1: On your phone, go to driver.jigcar.com.
Step 2: Enter your phone number - this is the number your organisation registered when setting you up as a driver in Jigcar.
Step 3: You'll receive a one-time passcode via SMS. Enter the code.
Step 4: You're in! You'll see your job list and any assigned routes.
Saving the app to your home screen
For quick access, save the driver app to your phone's home screen:
iPhone: In Safari, tap the share button (square with arrow) and select Add to Home Screen
Android: In Chrome, tap the three dots menu and select Add to Home screen
This gives you a one-tap icon to open the app, just like a native app.
