As you move through a job, you'll update the status in the driver app so that everyone can see where things stand.
At pickup
Step 1: When you arrive at the pickup location, open the job in the app.
Step 2: Click on the vehicle and press ‘Start inspections’.
Step 3: You’ll need to fill in a series of questions to do with mileage, condition, fuel level, etc and also have the opportunity to flag any damage by taking photos and logging it in detail.
Step 4: After filling this information out, add name and signatures and then click ‘Mark as collected’.
In transit
Once you've marked the vehicle as collected, the job status automatically updates to In Transit. You don't need to do anything else until you arrive at the drop-off.
At delivery
Step 1: When you arrive at the destination, open the job in the app.
Step 2: Click on the vehicle and press ‘Start inspections’.
Step 3: As with collection, fill in all the required detail and then sign and click ‘Mark as delivered’
💡 Tip: Photo uploads automatically retry if your phone has poor signal, so don't worry about losing images in areas with patchy connectivity.
