If Jigcar isn't loading properly, looks broken, or is behaving unexpectedly, try these steps.
Step 1: Refresh the page
Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac), or click the refresh button in your browser.
Step 2: Clear your browser cache
Outdated cached data can cause display issues:
Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > Cached images and files
Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data
Step 3: Try a different browser
If Jigcar works in another browser (e.g. switching from Edge to Chrome), the issue may be browser-specific.
Step 4: Check your internet connection
If other websites are also slow or not loading, the issue may be with your network rather than Jigcar.
Step 5: Disable browser extensions
Some browser extensions (ad blockers, VPNs, privacy tools) can interfere with web applications. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
Known supported browsers
Jigcar works best on the latest versions of:
Google Chrome (recommended)
Microsoft Edge
Safari (Mac)
Firefox
If you're using an older browser version, updating it may resolve the issue.
