Real estate labeled as "Rent" represents properties where you can invest and receive dividends. The invested funds may contribute to property owners' repairs or depreciation expenses. Throughout the specified period, you will earn profits from your investments, generated by real estate leased for an extended duration.

This category primarily includes properties leased for long-term rentals. The key distinctions from the "Share" category properties are the profit percentage, lock-up period of the deposit, and the payout frequency.

Investment Conditions for "Rent" Real Estate:

  • Lock-up Period: 30 days

  • Daily Profit Percentage: 1.1%

  • Daily Payouts: YES

  • End of Lock-up Period Payout: Deposit amount

Let's consider an example of such a real estate property and its terms:

  • Lock-up Period: 30 days

  • Daily Profit Percentage: 1.1%

  • Deposit Amount: $100

  • End of Lock-up Period Payout: $100

After the end of the lock-up period, you are given the option to withdraw the principal amount of your deposit.

Please note that after the funds are sent to your account there is a 7 day cooling off period. At the end of this period the funds become available for withdrawal on your account.

This delay is due to the necessity to carry out the procedure of withdrawal of funds from existing business processes.
