If you do not see support listed below for your device, make sure to download and try Lupa with the free content (in trial mode) on your device before buying a subscription.

Lupa runs on the vast majority of iPhone and Android phones in use in the US, and most phones elsewhere. If you can't find the Lupa app on the App Store or Play Store, it may be because we aren't able to guarantee good performance on your device yet. We want you to see Lupa working as intended, and as we make improvements we'll enable access on more devices.

Currently, we support the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and later devices (not the iPhone 6 yet). The iPhone SE is supported, but we recommend handsets with larger screens for a better experience.

Lupa is currently an "iPhone-only" app, but many iPads can run Lupa in a special mode. For now we do not offer formal customer support for iPad models, but you're welcome to try it out, and it may work for you on iPad Pros, iPad Air 3, and iPad Air 4+.

Lupa works on most Android phones manufactured since 2016, and many of the ones from before.

But for the best experience we recommend the following phones, and later models of the same series (e.g. Pixel 3, Galaxy S10, etc.):

  • Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, Note 8, Note 8+

  • Google Pixel 2, 2XL

  • LG G7, v30

  • Huawei P9, Mate 10

  • Motorola G7

Lupa works on most Android tablets, but the user interface design is optimized for handsets.
