Here are a few conditions to consider:

  • we are only able to refund the charge for the most recent payment period
  • if you contact us within three days of making the payment, we'll refund the payment no questions asked¬†
  • if it has been longer than three business days, but there has been no activity on the account, we'll refund the payment no questions asked

If it's outside our support team's office hours, don't worry. Send a message in the same chat widget, and we'll process the refund as soon as we're back, and confirm with you by email.
