This article contains information about the numeric range and minimum increments of the dimension scores for assessment results within a given category. There are 4 categories - Interests, Values, Personality, and Workplace Preferences. Each category has a number of dimensions (anywhere from 5 - 7, depending on the category), and users receive a numeric score for each dimension when they take the assessments.

Knowing the possible range of dimension scores, as well as the smallest possible increment between scores, can be helpful to interpret the scores when providing guidance.

Personality Dimensions:

There are either 5 dimensions within the Personality assessment:

● Extraversion

● Agreeableness

● Conscientiousness

● Emotional Stability

● Openness to Experience

● Honesty/Humility

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for each of these dimensions:

● Min/Max Range: 1.00 - 5.00

● Smallest Increment: 0.10

● Number of Questions per Category: 10

● Style: Likert

Below are the score ranges that the end user interface designations correspond to:

● Low Range: 1.00 – 1.80

● Moderate-to-Low Range: 1.90 – 2.50

● Moderate Range: 2.60 – 3.40

● Moderate-to-High Range: 3.50 – 4.20

● High Range: 4.30 – 5.00

Interests Dimensions:

There are 6 dimensions within the Interests assessment:

● Realistic

● Investigative

● Artistic

● Social

● Enterprising

● Conventional

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for each of these dimensions:

● Min/Max Range: 0.00 - 40.00

● Smallest Increment: 2.00

● Number of Questions per Category: 5

● Style: Likert

Workplace Preferences Dimensions:

There are 7 dimensions within the Workplace Preferences assessment:

● Excellence

● Guiding Principles

● Collaboration

● Innovation

● Recognition

● Performance

● Stability

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for each of these dimensions:

● Min/Max Range: 1.00 - 5.00

● Smallest Increment: 0.25

● Number of Questions per Category: 4

● Style: Card Sort

Values Dimensions

There are 6 dimensions within the Values assessment:

● Achievement

● Independence

● Recognition

● Relationships

● Support

● Working Conditions

The min/max ranges and increments for the Values dimensions vary based on the dimension.

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for the Achievement dimension:

● Min/Max Range: 6.00 - 30.00

● Smallest Increment: 3.00

● Number of Questions: 2

● Style: Card Sort

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for the Working Conditions dimension:

● Min/Max Range: 8.00 - 28.00

● Smallest Increment: 1.00

● Number of Questions: 6

● Style: Card Sort

Below are the min/max ranges and increments for the Independence, Recognition, Relationships, and Support dimensions:

● Min/Max Range: 6.00 - 30.00

● Smallest Increment: 2.00
