On Jobbio, Talent refers to a community of potential candidates. Talent can connect with your company as an applicant or as a Follower, and appear in 3 different stages:

  • New, Talent that have applied to your live roles since you last logged in

  • Shortlisted, Talent you have accepted into your Talent Pool after they applied to your roles

  • Passed, Talent who were not suitable for your roles or company

Followers

Talent who have chosen to follow your company for updates on new opportunities become Followers.

If a Follower catches your eye, you can move them into your Talent Pool. Just click “Save to Talent Pool” in “Talent & Applications” > “Followers” > “Not in Talent Pool”.

Talent and Followers will be notified when you shortlist or pass on them, through our Auto Reply feature.

Talent Bios are live

On Jobbio, you will never have to worry about outdated CVs again. Talent Bios are live, so if candidates make any changes you will always have their most up-to-date information.

The Talent Pool

Your Talent Pool is a database of candidates you’ve reviewed and who are interested in working for your company. It means even if you’re not hiring, you can still build connections with great Talent for future roles.
Instead of missed opportunities, you’ll always have the most recent information from candidates interested in working for your company.

Avoid additional recruitment costs by simply re-connecting with candidates already in your Talent pool. You’ll never miss out on exceptional Talent again.
