If Jobbio is saying that your email has already been taken - no need to panic, your identity hasn’t been stolen - all it means is that you are already signed up to the platform.

Retrieving your password couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is go to Jobbio's login page and click the “Forgot password?” link. We’ll send you an email with a temporary password to log back into your account, where you can set up a new password.

Some useful tips when picking your next password:

  • Use both upper and lower-case letters

  • Use a mix of numbers and symbols

  • Remember it

Fingers crossed you won’t need to do this again, but if you do, we’ve got you covered.

Keep in mind: if you previously closed an account on Jobbio using the same email address, you will have to use a different email address to open a new account again.
