Completing Company Account Setup

Learn how to set up your company account on Jobsoid.

You are required to fill in your company details on Jobsoid in addition to user registration.

To complete your company account set up,

Click on the Settings button on the Dashboard and go to the Preferences section. Now, click on Manage Account.

Contact Info

Fill in the following details:

  • Name - The name of your company

  • Organization Type - The type of organization you work for. Choose Corporate Hiring Manager if you are an HR Professional else choose Staffing & Recruiting Agency.

  • Address - The complete postal address of your company

  • City - The city in which your company is located

  • State - The state in which your company is located

  • Country - The country in which your company is located

  • Telephone - The contact number of your company

  • VAT Number - Your Value Added Tax Identification number 

Add your company logo and Save the details.

Regional

Fill in the following details by choosing the relevant option from the drop-down:

  • Industry - The industry to which your company caters

  • Time Zone - The timezone under which your location falls

  • Currency - The currency of your country

  • Language - The language in which you want to use Jobsoid

Save your details by clicking on Save button.

Web and Social

Fill in the following details:

  • Website - The company website link

  • Facebook - The link to your company’s Facebook page

  • Twitter - The link to your company’s Twitter profile

  • LinkedIn - The link to your company’s LinkedIn page

  • LinkedIn Company ID - The Company ID from your company's LinkedIn page

Save your details by clicking on Save button.

EEO Compliance

Toggle on the EEO Survey and Reporting and OFCCP Survey button if you want your candidates to answer the survey.

Save your details by clicking on Save button.

GDPR Compliance

If you want GDPR to be enabled on your account, toggle ON the GDPR Enabled toggle. You can also add a link to your Privacy Policy on your candidate application form. Enter the Privacy Policy URL in the given text box.

Set GDPR link in Email Footer on all candidate emails toggle to ON. This will add a short message about managing profile to every message you send to your candidates.

Select the time duration for which you wish to retain candidate information by choosing the desired option from Profile Expiry dropdown.

Save your details by clicking on  Save button.

Your company account set up is now complete.
