Link the Careers Page of your Company Website with Jobsoid. You wouldn't require to manually update your Website Careers Page as the jobs will be automatically posted.

Every job opening you create in Jobsoid will be reflected on your Website in real-time.

1. Go to Tools section on the Settings page

2. Click on Integrations

3. Go to the Website tab. This section displays the script used to integrate with your website

4. Choose a theme by selecting the desired one from the Theme section

5. Choose the manner in which you want your jobs to be displayed on the careers page 

If you wish to group your jobs according to the department or location, you can do so by selecting the desired option from Group Jobs By section.

6. You can display your jobs belonging to certain Department or Location on your Website Careers Page. Click on the respective drop-down lists to select the desired department or location

You can add drop-down filters on your jobs to help your candidates sort out the desired ones quickly. Set the toggle of the desired filter to ON

7. Now click on Copy Link which is present right below the code. This will copy the code displayed on the page

8. Paste this code in the page source of your website. If you are using a CMS, you will need to login into the admin area of your CMS to paste this code on the relevant page of your website

9. All the active job openings will be automatically published on your careers page

If you are using WordPress, you can use our WordPress Plugin to integrate your website careers page with your Jobsoid account.

1. Login to the Admin area of your WordPress site. Go to Plugins section

2. Click on Add New. This will open Add Plugins Page

3. Enter Jobsoid in the Search Box on the Add Plugins page and press the Enter Key. Our Plugin - Job Manager by Jobsoid will be displayed in the search results

4. Click on Install Now button to install the plugin on your WordPress site

5. Click on Activate button to activate the plugin. Once the plugin is successfully activated, it will be displayed on the left-hand side panel

6. Enter the slug name in the Portal Sub-domain section and click on Connect button

7. Under Page Settings section, select the page (Careers Page) from the Page drop-down

8. Group the job openings on the desired criteria. You can group them either on Department or Location or allow Jobsoid group them automatically by selecting Auto option. You can also choose not to group them at all

9. Choose the manner in which you want your jobs to be displayed on the careers page

10. If you wish to display your jobs belonging to certain Department or Location, click on the respective drop-down lists to select the desired department or location

11. Choose the desired theme by selecting a theme from Color Themes

12. Click on Save button

If you wish to display your job openings on pages other than the Careers Page, you can do so with the help of short code.

1. Go to Generate Shortcode section and select the desired criteria

2. The shortcode will be automatically generated

3. Click on Copy Shortcode button to copy the short code and use it on the desired pages to display the jobs
