Assigning Candidates to Multiple Jobs

Learn how to assign your candidates to multiple job roles at a time.

Jobsoid allows you to add candidates to multiple jobs at a time. This is especially helpful when you are considering a candidate for two or more job positions in your company.

Based on your requirements, you can carry out the following actions on the candidate profile.

Add to Job

This option allows you to assign a particular candidate to multiple jobs. It is used when a candidate seems a perfect fit for two or more job openings.

Steps:

1. Click on the drop-down next to the Job Position Name on the Candidate Profile. It is towards the right side of the screen, just above the Activity Section  

2. Select Add to Job option. This will open Copy/Move/Add Job window

3. Select the desired job by clicking on the checkbox and click on   Add to Job button  
4. The candidate will be assigned to the selected job. The new job position will be displayed on the Candidate profile, right below the former job position  

By default, the former job opening will be considered as Primary for that particular candidate. In the case, if you wish to change it, Click on the drop-down next to the Job Position Name and click on Set as Primary option. Click on Remove Job option if you wish to remove the candidate from that particular job.

Change Job

This option allows you to change the job the candidate is assigned. This is used when a candidate seems a perfect fit for a job other than the one he has applied for.

Steps:

1. Click on the drop-down next to the Job Name on the Candidate profile   

2. Select Change Job option. This will open Copy/Move/Add Job window having the list of all jobs

3. Select the desired job and click on Move button  

4. The candidate will be assigned to the selected job, and it will be shown on his profile

Copy to Job

This option allows you to create a copy of the candidate profile and assigns him to another job opening.

Steps:

1. Click on the drop-down next to the Job Name on the Candidate profile   

2. Select Copy to Job option. This will open Copy/Move/Add Job window having the list of all job openings

3. Select the desired job by clicking on the checkbox and click on Copy button  

4. A new profile of the candidate will be created and shown to you
