The Analytics section of the job details page gives you an overview of how your job is performing on various platforms on which it has been published.

It shows two doughnut charts namely Sourcing Channels and Pipeline Status. In addition to this, it also shows you the sourcing performance graph.

The Sourcing Channels chart gives you an overview about your jobs on various hiring sources or channels.

While the Pipeline Status Chart depicts the number of candidates in various stages of your recruitment pipeline.

The Sourcing Performance graph gives you a detailed analysis about the performance of your jobs on various hiring sources in terms of the number of views as well as number of candidate applications your jobs have received. You can also filter it on a custom date range.
