Sometimes an LPA will ask for a "BNG Statement". Usually this is automatically generated by the Planning Portal and accepted as such, but sometimes - in line with local requirements - additional documentation may be required.
BNG statements can vary and be site specific. We have developed a few basic templates to help with your BNG statement. This can be modified by adding addendums if the LPA wants to see additional changes or specific measures.
