The 'relevant date' for your BGP is typically that of your planning application's initial submission. In some cases, you may have agreed with your LPA that the relevant date is a different date.
You will need to click on of the below answers;

No, I have agreed an alternative relevant date for pre-development biodiversity value
If you click no, you will then have to enter that alternate relevant date did your LPA agree with you. You can do this by clicking on the calendar icon in the text box and select the correct date. If you accidentally click the incorrect date, you can click the bin icon which is next to the calendar icon and then re-enter the correct date.
