Do you consent to your LPA sharing your report with other bodies?

On this page, you need to tell us if you are content with your Local Planning Authority (LPA) sharing details about your Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) report with other bodies, Local Environment Record Centres or other ecology organisations.

  • Local Environment Record Centres are organisations which have been established, usually through a partnership of interested parties, in order to bring together local information on wildlife and to supply this to local users.

  • Ecology organisations would include organisations such as; WWF, Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management, Greenpeace etc.
