Summary

If you plan to create habitats you may have to set Condition. This is because, for most habitat types, there are different conditions it can be in - for most habitats the conditions are "good", "medium" or "poor".

Usually the LPA will expect you to choose the lowest condition (e.g. "moderate" or "poor"). If you want a higher condition you may have to demonstrate to the LPA how you will achieve that higher rating.
