First of all: congratulations! You've been invited for a paid collaboration on our platform. Perhaps this is the first collaboration you receive on Join, or perhaps it is your first collaboration overall. Check out this list to find out what happens next:

  1. Invitation
You will receive an e-mail notification of the invitation. Click the link in the e-mail to view the briefing.

  2. Briefing
The campaign briefing contains information about the brand, the campaign, the planning, and content instructions. Below the briefing, you will find the offer.

  3. Accept/Decline
Like what you see? Claim the assignment by accepting the briefing. Are you not available, don't like the campaign or doesn't the budget meet your expectations? You can decline the offer and leave a reason for declining.

  4. Chat
Accepted the assignment? Woohoo! You can now chat directly with your new client.ย

  5. Content deadline
Before you can publish your content, you need to upload a concept and get it approved. If the deadline approaches, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

  6. Feedback
If the client gives feedback, please process it by editing your deliverable and uploading the newest version. Does the client approve? Then you're good to go!
