Good news! One of the influencers on your selection has accepted your assignment. You're ready to collaborate! In the process of managing this collaboration, planning content and staying in control is absolutely crucial. This article will help you use and understand our Content Planning, enabling you to stay in control.

Planning

When you click the planning tab, you will see a number of things. Firstly, there is a overview of the influencers that have accepted your assignment. Click on the influencer buttons to (de)select and view their deadlines. Below the influencers, you will find three different tabs: Unplanned, Upcoming and Overdue.

Unplanned

When you started your campaign, you indicated a publication period. Now it's time to get precise! In the Unplanned tab, you can find all content that does not have content- and publication deadlines yet. On the Concept deadline, influencers have to upload their concept. On the Publication deadline, they have to publish their content. If you set deadlines for all content in your Unplanned tab, they will automatically move too Upcoming. No Unplanned content left? Great job! You're all set.

Upcoming

As soon as you've set deadlines for a piece of content, the content will move to Upcoming. This tab shows you all concept- and publication deadlines that are coming up - today and in the future. This will help you plan your work.

Overdue

The final and most important tab: Overdue. This tab will show you the deadlines that have not been met. Additionally, the Message button will let you automatically send a reminder to the influencer. By doing so, you're always up to speed on the content in your campaign!

As mentioned before, a good planning is crucial for your campaign. Not sure when you want your influencers to post yet? You can always ask an influencer for their preferences, and set the deadlines accordingly. Any questions about the Content planning? Reply to this message!
