Good news: you and the advertiser have reached an agreement. Let’s get this party started! It’s extremely important to stay in touch with the advertiser to discuss the content planning. A number of things are important to keep in mind.

Publication period

When you receive the briefing, a period of publication is indicated. When do you have to post exactly? You will be given deadlines later in the process.

Deadlines

When the brand has planned your content, you will receive two deadlines per post/story/video: the concept deadline and publication deadline. On the concept deadline you have to upload your content for approval, and on the publication deadline you publish the content. Make sure you only publish concepts that are approved.

Adjusting the planning

Is the planning not turning out as expected, or are you delayed because you didn’t receive a package on time? The advertiser can adjust deadlines at any time. Send them a message to keep them up to date, and ask them to edit the deadlines. Not working out? Contact Join and we’ll gladly help you out.
