Everybody loves surprises - but if you are a brand, you want to make sure that branded content is regulated. That’s why all content that is produced through Join needs to be approved by the advertiser, before it’s published. Luckily, our content approval feature makes it easy for influencer and advertiser!

Uploading concepts

It starts on the concept deadline: on this day you have to upload a concept of your publication. A concept is an image with a caption for a post, an image or video for a story, or for example a video with a title and description for a YouTube video. To upload your concept, access the campaign and go to “Deliverables” to upload the files and descriptions. Uploaded your files? The advertiser will be notified automatically. They can check out your post and approve it, or give feedback.

Feedback

Maybe the advertiser had something different in mind, you missed something in the briefing or made a typo in your caption. Whoops! No worries - the advertiser can easily give feedback on your concept. If you have processed the feedback and have your version 2 ready, you can click “edit deliverable” and edit your image/video and description. Updated your concept? The brand will once again be notified.

Publish

Post approved? Yippie-ka-yee! You may now publish the post on the publication deadline. NOTE: make sure to ONLY publish posts that are approved by the advertiser. When your concept is not approved, you have not met the terms in the agreement and you cannot be paid for your services. Extra reason to make sure your concepts are approved!
