Hi there! Great to see you are signing up to Join - we're excited to welcome you! To create a profile, you need to connect your Instagram account and provide the right authorization. To do so, follow the next steps:
1. Open your Instagram and go to edit profile. Make sure your Instagram account has been switched to a professional profile. You can change this in the same window, if you haven't already.
2. Go to the page category and click on link or create.
3. If you don't have a business facebook page yet, create one by clicking create Facebook Page. If you already have a business facebook page created, then click link existing page and proceed to step 7.
4. To create a business facebook page, you must first log in with your facebook account. If you don't own a facebook account yet, create one. You can't link your instagram to Join without a facebook account.
5. After you have successfully created a business facebook page, you will now see your connected facebook account. Click continue to complete the connection.
6. To complete the connection, click yes, complete configuration.
7. If you already do have a business Facebook page, click link existing page.
8. Click on the business facebook page you want to connect. If you wish to connect your account with a new page though, you can still click create a new facebook page below.
9. Log in to Facebook next and switch to the business page you just linked via Instagram.
10. Then click menu again and be sure to scroll all the way down to click settings.
11. Next, click on linked accounts and add your Instagram account.
12. Keep clicking continue at the next steps to complete the connection to your Instagram.
13. Go back to Join and link your Instagram account. Make sure you click the account you used from the previous steps.
14. Select the business facebook page you used in the previous steps. Make sure that you have not clicked on multiple pages.
15. The final step! Make sure you check all the boxes and complete the rest of the registration.
