When you start or reorder GLP-1 medication through Belle, you'll choose between a dose increase package (to gradually increase your dose) or a maintenance package (to stay at your current dose). Both are selected during the online visit process.

Select the medication you've been taking and your current dosage
Choose your path: select "Increase dose", or "Stay at the same or equivalent dose" for a maintenance package
Disclose any side effects you've experienced
Select your preferred medication and plan length, then complete your order
Increased dose package: Your dose will increase according to the standard increasing schedule. If you decide you don't want to increase, you can stay at your current dose, and the medication will simply last longer.
Maintenance package: You'll receive the same dose for the full duration of your plan with no automatic increases.
Important note: Selecting "Increase dose" at checkout will automatically place you on an increasing escalation schedule, subject to provider approval. Selecting "Stay at the same or equivalent dose" will enroll you in a maintenance plan upon approval.
