The Chest app is available for both iPhone and Android devices. Here's how to get started.
Download from your app store
iPhone (iOS)
Open the App Store on your device
Search for "Chest" or "Chest Pension"
Tap Get to download
Android
Open the Google Play Store on your device
Search for "Chest" or "Chest Pension"
Tap Install to download
The app is free to download.
Device requirements
To run the Chest app, your device needs to meet these minimum requirements:
iPhone: iOS 14.0 or later
Android: Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
The app requires approximately 100MB of storage space.
Trouble downloading?
If you're having issues downloading the app, try the following:
Not enough storage Free up space on your device by deleting unused apps, photos, or files, then try again.
App not appearing in search results Make sure you're searching in the correct store for your device. The app is only available in the UK, so if your app store is set to another region, you may need to update your settings.
Download won't start or keeps failing
Check your internet connection - try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Restart your device and try again
Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements above
Update your device software to the latest version
Device not compatible If you see a message that your device isn't compatible, your phone may be running an older operating system. Check for software updates in your device settings.
