Where to find your documents
Go to My Account
Tap Documents
Select the document you want to view
What documents are available
Your Documents section includes:
Terms & Conditions – the legal agreement for using Chest
Key Features Document – important information about your SIPP
Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) – details about each fund's objectives, risks, and costs
SIPP declaration – the declaration you signed when opening your SIPP
Quarterly statements – summaries of your contributions, investments, and pot value
Transaction statements – records of individual transactions
Downloading and sharing documents
To download a document, tap on it to open, then use your device's share or save option. You can save documents to your phone, email them to yourself, or share them with a financial adviser if needed.
How long are documents available?
We keep your documents available in the app for at least six years, in line with regulatory requirements. We recommend downloading important documents for your own records.
