If you have a question or need help with your account, our support team is here for you. Here's how to get in touch.

In-app chat

The quickest way to reach us is through the app:

  1. Go to My Account

  2. Tap Contact Us

  3. Type your message and send

We'll respond as soon as we can.

Email

You can also email us at support@joinchest.com. This is a good option if you need to send documents or screenshots, or if you can't access the app.

What to include when contacting us

To help us resolve your query faster, include:

  • The email address or phone number linked to your account

  • A clear description of your question or issue

  • Any relevant details, such as transaction dates or amounts

  • Screenshots if something isn't working as expected

What not to share

Never include your 4-digit PIN in any message. We'll never ask you for it. If anyone claiming to be from Chest asks for your PIN, do not share it.

Response times

We aim to respond to all queries within one business day. During busy periods it may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Hours of operation

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Messages sent outside these hours will be picked up on the next working day.
