You can track all your contributions and cashback in the app. Here's how to understand your transaction history.
Where to find your transaction history
Your transaction history is at the bottom of your dashboard screen. Scroll down to see a list of all your transactions. Tap on any transaction to see more details.
Cashback transactions
For cashback transactions, you'll see:
Cashback code status – shows whether the code has been purchased and issued
Investment status – tracks when the cashback has been contributed to your SIPP and invested
Once the investment is complete, tap on the transaction to view the full statement.
Saving rule deposits
For saving rule contributions, you'll see:
Deposit status – shows when funds were collected via Direct Debit
Investment status – tracks when funds have been contributed to your SIPP and invested
How contributions are invested
Cashback and saving rule deposits are batched and contributed to your SIPP in weekly tranches. Once contributed, funds are then invested in your chosen fund – this can take a few additional days.
The status will update from 'pending' to 'completed' once your contribution is fully invested.
Viewing transaction statements
Once a contribution's investment status shows as completed, tap on the transaction to view the statement. The statement shows:
Transaction date
Value of the contribution
Quantity of units purchased
Execution price
Why is there a delay?
Contributions are batched weekly for efficiency, and investment processing takes 2-5 business days after contribution. This is normal – your money is secure throughout the process.
