After purchasing a Chest Code, we contribute the cashback into your pension on your behalf. Here's the timeline.
Cashback timeline
Cashback is contributed to pensions in weekly batches. Once you've purchased a Chest Code, your cashback will typically be contributed within 7-14 days. Once contributed, the funds are then invested in your chosen fund, which can take a few additional days.
Tracking your cashback
You can track the status of your cashback in your transaction history:
Go to your dashboard
Scroll to your transaction history
Find your cashback transaction
Tap for details on code status and investment status
What the statuses mean
Your cashback transaction will show two statuses:
Code status – confirms the Chest Code has been purchased and issued
Investment status – shows when the cashback has been contributed and invested in your pension
Once both show as complete, your cashback is fully invested.
Cashback not appearing?
If your cashback hasn't appeared after two weeks:
Check your transaction history – it may still be pending
Look for any notifications about issues with your transaction
