Why was my application denied?
A common reason for checking/savings account application denials is related to something called a Chex Report, which banks use to review whether or not you’ve ever defaulted on a bank account. You can learn more about them on our blog and check your report here.

Do you have another partner bank I can work with?
Possibly! Reach out to our support team and let us know which bank you were denied an account with and if they provided you with any reasoning. We'll try our best to match you with another partner. We can't guarantee you will be accepted by any Debbie Partner Financial Institution.
