RESOLVED - Account Loading

Your app may show your progress reset and a message that says "“your partner rewards account is pending verification some features may be locked”"

This is just a visual error and your rewards are still safe!

Workarounds

None at this time, just keep checking back in throughout the day

Account Connections

We are aware that your Linked Accounts are not consistently updating daily. You are experiencing this bug if you "last updated" date is more than 48 hours past. This may affect your Card Payoff and Savings tracking.

Workarounds

You may be able to temporarily update you tracking by disconnecting and logging back into your bank.

Error When Redeeming

We are aware some users are getting errors when redeeming rewards either through a direct deposit or via check. Users may also have received an email saying their was an issue with their deposit, please double check the funds are not in your account before emailing support. This notice was sent in error!

Workarounds

Please use the alternate options provided in the app.
