Asking to Connect Partner Account/Progress Disappearing

Some of you may be asked to re-connect a bank account that is already connected. This may cause issues with your app or your redemption. Some may experience their account progress appearing to be blank/back at 0. It is not! Your data is safe and this is a loading error.

Workarounds

Try quitting and reopening the app, uninstall/reinstall, or clearing the app cache. This solves the issue most of the time.

If this issue is your affecting your redemption, hang tight until a solution is reached. We are sorry for this delay.

Failed redemptions and returned rewards

We are experiencing a higher than normal failures with out deposits. Our team is working on a fix!

Workarounds

When your redemption fails, review your account connections. If you are accounts are not updating daily please disconnect the account and reconnect it. If you are unable to disconnect it, tap 'Link a new institution' and go through the link the account again.

Missing Rewards and Point History

We are aware some users are getting a blank screen when they check our their reward history or tap on the level bar to view their point history.

Workarounds

Email support if you want to know a specific reward amount. Your rewards and points are still being recorded, rest assured!

Account Connections

We are aware that your Linked Accounts are not consistently updating daily. You are experiencing this bug if you "last updated" date is more than 48 hours past. This may affect your Card Payoff and Savings tracking.

Workarounds

You may be able to temporarily update you tracking by disconnecting and logging back into your bank.
