If you aren't seeing all your credit card or savings transactions or if your account funding is not being detected, go to Linked Accounts and look at the last updated date underneath each account balance.

If it is not today's date, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect your account.

Occasionally, linked bank accounts may disconnect due to connection expiration, incomplete account setup, or errors during the linking process. This can happen if a linked account is not periodically refreshed or if previous connections were not properly disconnected.

First disconnect ALL accounts

  1. Tap on Profile

  2. Tap on My Accounts

  3. Tap the 3 dots ...

  4. Tap Disconnect Accounts

Then re-link your accounts

  1. Tap on Profile

  2. Tap on My Accounts

  3. Tap the green Link a New Institution button

  4. You'll be prompted to enter your login credentials for this financial institution through a secure provider, Plaid.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Other Troubleshooting Methods

If the above doesn't solve your issue, try these additional steps:

  1. Force quit to fully restart the app after completing the steps above

  2. Go to your phone settings and look at the Debbie app permissions, clear the cache/storage

  3. Confirm you allow third-party sharing and permissions on your banking app (you would be granting permission to Plaid)

  4. Ensure any previously linked accounts from the same bank are fully disconnected before attempting to reconnect.

  5. If your other accounts on Debbie are disconnected/not syncing those may be affecting your connections. Reconnect those as well!
