General Program Rules
Debbie offers rewards for completing app actions and successfully referring new users.
Debbie may update, pause, or end the program at any time.
Referral Eligibility
Referrer must have an active Debbie account.
Referred user must be new to Debbie and must sign up using the referrer’s link.
The referred user must:
Finish Unit 1
Open & link their matched partner checking account
Referral bonuses are awarded only after the bank confirms the new account.
Reward Value & Limits
Referral bonus is $20 per valid referral.
Maximum of 50 bonuses per user.
Disqualification & Fraud
Debbie may revoke or deny rewards if:
Users create multiple accounts
Users attempt self-referrals
Information is inaccurate or misleading
Activity appears abusive or violates program rules
Right to Modify
Debbie can change reward values, eligibility rules, or program structure at any time, as stated in the Terms.
