There are a number of ways to contact your agency through JoinedUp. Unfortunately, we don't have any phone details for your agency.

1). Messages inbox

If you have worked a shift before through JoinedUp, you can speak to your agency by clicking "Reply" at the bottom right to any message they've previously sent you in your Messages inbox.

You can also compose a new message to any site you've worked at before, by clicking the blue "New message" button in the top right corner. Once you click it, you'll see the below screen and you can choose the correct site. Compose your message, and click send.

If you haven't worked a shift with us before, you'll receive this error message. The best way then is to contact your agency through their phoneline or email on their website.

2). E-mail

I've received an e-mail from my agency and want to reply:

There are three ways to reply to an e-mail from your agency:

1. Write your reply above the indicated line (1).

2. Click the button in the message, like the one below (2)

3. Or you can respond to the e-mail from your own e-mail provider by clicking reply - as you would to any normal e-mail.

3) Text message (SMS)

I've received a text message from my agency and want to reply:

If you are a smartphone user the message from JoinedUp should look similar to the one below.

To see the message in full and to reply, please click the blue link.

Please note:
This phone number does not handle inbound text messages - your agency will not receive a message if you reply directly to the number from which you've received it.

The link in the message will take you to the log in screen or directly to your JoinedUp inbox if you are already logged in.

What about emails I receive that are not from my Agency?

You will also receive some e-mail notifications from the JoinedUp system. These could be security alerts, such as the one shown below:

Please do not reply to these as they are automated and you won't receive a response. If you want to know how to speak to the Support team about the content of the email, just click the link below:
