Change multiple planned start times (on-site)

You can change planned start times for multiple people on multiple days

Workers' planned start times can be changed for multiple workers across the week. You can:
(A) Set a new planned start time or
(B) Amend all shifts by duration eg +/- 30mins

  1. Select the workers you would like to change the planned start time for using the tick boxes or use the all link to select everyone

  2. Click the 'Batch Edit Shifts' button

  3. All shifts highlighted in green will be amended, deselect any shifts that don't apply by clicking within the box

  4. Select 'Edit start times' button - the number of shifts being affected will be shown in brackets

  5. A new form will appear summarising the shifts that will be changes - select the edit mode
    (A) 'Set new start time(s)' (default option)  or
    (B) 'Move start times(s)' 

  6. Enter the new planned start time for selected shifts or the required amount of minutes eg +/- 30mins

  7. If shifts have been published you'll must select a reason for the change of time

  8. Click the 'Update shift times' button
