Getting your profile to 100%

When you create your profile, you can see a checklist which shows you what you need to do. Your aim is to get it to 100%!

Laptop:

This bar on the left hand side shows you how many percent is already completed and lists out what still needs to be added. The positions on the list are hyperlinks so you can click on them to go to the field where the piece of information needs to be added.

A common issue is confirming your email address or phone number. There is more information on how to do this in the below article:

Mobile:

If you click on the orange text at the top you will be taken to the below screen which tells you what information is missing. The positions on the list are hyperlinks so you can click on them to go to the field where the piece of information needs to be added. The orange exclamation marks also show you where you have information missing.

Once you hit 100% you're all set! You can let your agency know your profile needs validating. Don't worry about your validation status as it doesn't affect your ability to get allocated to shifts. If you are concerned, there's more information in the below article:

Adding availability

When your profile is at 100%, you can also add your availability on your work calendar so that your agency knows your shift preferences.
